If you would like to perform testing with your mobile device before purchasing a production certificate please visit our GeoTrust® 30 Day Free Trial product pages to find out how to get a free trial.
The issuer of the QuickSSL® Premium and GeoTrust® 30 Day Free Trial SSL Certificates is GeoTrust®. You may check that the mobile device trusts the issuer by reviewing the list of trusted issuers in device itself.
Wildcard SSL Certificates function with most mobile devices, however, some mobile devices do not understand the asterisk in the Common Name (CN) of the SSL Certificate and may display an error message. We do not recommend the use of wildcard SSL Certificates with older mobile devices or devices that do not explicitly state that the use of a wildcard SSL Certificate is supported.
