Our online ordering system will check that you have a competitors SSL Certificate by either connecting to your web server and reviewing your installation, or by allowing you to provide your certificate during the ordering process for automated verification. |

Order Validation Troubleshooting |

Our ordering system is completely automated. You'll need to choose the Competitive Upgrade option from the product selection section of our ordering system. |
We will automatically attempt to connect to your web server to verify that you are entitled to a free or discounted certificate. You should, where possible, leave your current SSL Certificate in place so the automated system can check your web server. |
You will also have the opportunity to provide your existing SSL Certificate for validation, however, in some cases we must still connect to your web server to verify the validity of the certificate. |
If we are unable to validate your existing certificate you will be unable to use the Competitive Upgrade ordering option. |
